At this time I offer only video appointments or tele-therapy via a HIPPA compliant portal that requires a smart phone and internet connection. I am based in Denver and hope to serve those throughout the state of Colorado.
Initial Consult
I offer a free, 15 minute consultation at the beginning of services to discuss your goals, answer questions and for you to see if I'm a good fit.

Individual Therapy
I offer individual therapy for people 18+. Individual therapy is usually held for 1 hour/week to start, but I'm flexible and we can discuss how to fit therapy into your life as we go.
Therapy for Families & Youth
I offer individual therapy for youth that are over the age of 15 or younger with considerations. Therapy can be for only the youth or I can work in collaboration with families to address challenges within the family system.
